"We had a great experience working with Luisa when we picked up our sweet cockapoo puppy in the fall of 2020. With her living outside of Phoenix and us living outside of Los Angeles, we couldn't see or visit our puppy until the day when we actually picked him up. But Luisa was really great to provide video and photos of each puppy in the litter as well as a little profile (sex, relative size, physical traits, personality) for each so that we could choose the one that we felt would fit best in our family. She also sent us photos of the parents of the puppies and their traits. She was very accommodating and responsive to all of our questions."

Luisa, Winston is a special, magnificent, extremely smart and loving dog. He defies the adage that you can’t put on old head on a young body. He has been absolutely perfect on potty training, and on getting along with Oliver and Kloe, and he is already a terrific addition to our family. Thank you so much! We lost our gentle Kloe this afternoon to old age and a host of debilitating age related ailments which was sad. Having Winston, and watching him play so well with Oliver as they happily raced around the house together when we got home from the vet has been a real tonic and blessing for our spirits this evening.
